The Campsite is open Friday- Sunday and Bank Holidays.

We have a minimum booking of 2 nights.

Check-in is between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8pm). Late fees may apply if you arrive after 20:00 (8pm) for check-in. Check-out is on Sunday at 14:00.

On the Campsite you will meet Ed and Ellena our head wardens. The wardens will check you in, allocate you to pitches and maintain general well being of the campsite. Should you have any queries or need help with something we will be on site, so don't be shy and come and say hello, it will be lovely to meet you.  

General Rules

Electronic music is not permitted, and please be considerate of your neighbouring campers at night.

We do allow group bookings, but please be courteous to other campers and give us a call if you have any questions before booking, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but we do reserve the right to ask you to leave, if you are upsetting other groups and families. And please be aware we must follow Covid regulations so all bookings have to abide by the rules in force at the time. 

As a campsite, we try to be environmentally  friendly and we do not allow litter, in fact we ask that everything you bring, you also take away. As we do not have any onsite bins, you will be charged for any rubbish you leave behind.

Fires and BBQs are permitted but must be elevated off the ground as to not burn the grass. We offer firepits and sell wood as well as charcoal. Click Here for more information.

Driving in the field is not permitted. this is for the safety of other campers and children as well as to not damage the grounds. the parking is next to the camping field and we supply wheel barrows to assist in moving heavier baggage and carting around your children. 


Hot Showers. We have some lovely hot showers dotted around the campsite. Click Here for more information.

Toilets. We have plenty of quaint feather boarded toilets.  There are a mix of compost and blue flushing. Click Here for more information.

Taps & Water. Around the edges of the campsite there are taps connected to mains line water fully safe to drink and use for washing.


River. Next to the campsite runs the river Adur where we have step access to the river for swimming. You can also book canoes, kayaks and paddleboards with The Kayak Coach. Click Here for more information.


Q:​  Can I have a campfire

A: BBQ's and fires are allowed but must be elevated off the ground as to not burn the grass. We provide fire pits, wood, and charcoal. For more information click here.

Q:​  Can I bring my dog?

A: We welcome well-behaved dogs but please keep in mind there will be others with small children and dogs running around as well.

Q: Will there be drinking water?

A: Yes, we have several mains water taps dotted around the grounds, which are all safe to drink from.

Q: Will there be showers?

A: Yes, they are dotted around the grounds and are all gas heated. For more information click here.

Q: Do you provide any food?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide any food on site, but there are shops and food establishments all short driving distances away. There is also the Fountain Inn a pub within walking distance.

Q: Where do I park my car?

A: There are designated car parking spots on the outer edges of the main camping field. Please DO NOT drive in the field.
